The 2024 Duluth Dylan Fest will be held May 21-26, 2024. Paul Metsa is an exciting part of the festival line-up. He and other contributing authors of Bob Dylan in Minnesota (Ed Newman, Marc Percansky, and Matt Steichen) will be sharing their thoughts at the John Bushey Memorial Lecture, which takes place at Wesson’s Concert Cafe, 2:00-3:30PM.
